Unlike iris folding, these designs do not have a center
to work around and are more difficult. These are not
beginner cards. For example, these lovely full-length
geishas take over four hours for me to make. Well worth
the effort.

I've gotten so attached to my geisha girls that it
will be difficult to part with them. They are quite pretty in
real life. These girls are not iris folding and are not the
easiest cards to make.
The skin areas are made from cardstock and the face and neck
are separate so there's added dimension. The sleeves posed
quite a challenge for me because the instructions leave you
on your own to figure out how to fold three side. I do love
these little ones!
These three gals are far easier than their full
length sisters. The head is the same, but the fan is strips
of folded paper and the project moves fast.
